Levia Lew, Principal

Levia brings diverse experience encompassing museum gallery and theatrical lighting. Prior to co-founding Reveal Design Group, she held the position of resident Gallery Lighting Designer at the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian in Washington, D.C. as well as Assistant Lighting Designer at the Shakespeare Theatre Company and Arena Stage. She is also involved with banished? Productions, a D.C. based performance art and theatre company that produces original work and interpretations of art and literature. Her past architectural lighting experience with other firms includes projects such as the Crystals retail center at City Center in Las Vegas, The National Museum of the United States Army, municipal buildings, streetscapes, and courthouses in New York and New Jersey. Recently, her design for the renovation at the Park Hyatt in Washington D.C. received a Lumen Award in 2013, and her work on Sobou in New Orleans received a Cooper Source Award in 2013.
